I waited over an hour for the oven that functioned just fine for cinnamon rolls this morning to pre-heat to 350 degrees, finally gave up after an hour and baked them using the check-every-few-minutes method of cranking the dial up to 500 while watching the thermometer in the oven hover just below 325.
